I am a UKCP-registered integrative existential psychotherapist with extensive experience of providing long and short-term psychotherapy to both individuals and couples. I have worked with clients experiencing many issues, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, relationship issues and religious and spiritual matters. I am also experienced in supporting team members and managers with work-based conflicts. I also have considerable experience in supporting clients with diagnosed mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, personality disorders and clinical depression. I see clients in Lewes, Hove and also offer online counselling via Skype.

I also teach at the Existential Academy in North London and am available for clinical supervision and academic supervision for doctoral students.
